Harassment and Bullying Policy

Delta does not accept or tolerate harassment or bullying of any kind, at any time.

Delta does not tolerate bullying or harassment in any form. Period. If you are subjected to bullying, let your leaders or HR manager know so they can take appropriate action.

If you become aware that a co-worker is being bullied or harassed, we encourage you to use your training to attempt to defuse the situation and notify your leadership. If we allow bullying to go unanswered, we endanger the Delta culture we’ve all worked so hard to build. More detail on our harassment, bullying and intimidation policy is available on Deltanet.
